If the Customer (Client) finds any issues with their purchase order, Cross Angle will get it revised at no additional cost.

If the Customer (Client) is still not satisfied within 20 days from the order complete date, Cross Angle would refund in full.

The Customer (Client) needs to write an email to us with the details of the order with unsatisfactory reasons.

Cross Angle reserves the right to dispute and to correct if valid.

All final decisions with regards to refunds lies with Cross Angle.
