We will provide a full refund of the service if you are not satisfied with the quality after a minimum of 3 quality based revisions. Approval of the refund is at the sole discretion of Cross Angle for genuine quality issues only.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or apply a credit to your account to be adjusted with your next orders. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
